OBJECT: FCO BANNER SPONSORING AGREEMENT

Dear Sirs,
We inform you about the opportunity to share with us a "Sponsorship Agreement" on our official Website (www.fcogroup.it). The  site, pursuant to art. 43 of Law 27/12/1997, n. 449, provides the Customer with a Banner service, the rental of an advertising space limited by specific physical dimensions on a specific page. The technical characteristics, the period and the price of the Advertising Banners, as well as the page on which they will be positioned will be described in the contract.
The owner of the website recognizes the customer the exclusive right to insert in this space on the website, data, images and anything else of his interest but which does not violate any copyright, distinctive sign, logo, trademark, patent or any other other by right to third parties.
